Healthy Eaters.
Today we looked at the Food Pyramid and worked out which foods are fruit and vegetables,
proteins, carbohydrates, dairy and milk products, and treat foods.
The children all know which foods have too much sugar such as...
biscuits, cakes, lollies, fizzy drinks. They know these are treat foods and should only be eaten occasionally.
They also know that healthy foods like fruit and vegetables give our bodies energy and brain power.
