We are so lucky to have our new sandpit finished and ready to go.

Room 4

Hi there

We are constantly learning and challenging ourselves in and out of the classroom.  Here are a few photos of what has been happening in

 Room 4.

L for ...Lemonade

Making lemonade 

We had lots of fun as we made lemonade. 

Miss Arms mastered the sugar syrup and we all got to squeeze lemon juice, mix, sample, mix again and sample again!

How cool to get to play in the bark. 

Finally our playground is ready for us to use again.

 We were lucky enough to watch the bark being delivered at school then had fun playing in it. 

The truck was very cool and the driver so accomodating. Awesome to watch the tipper on the truck and the bark hitting the ground - lots of discussion was generated when we shared about this later on.

Clever learners in Room 4

Check out how creative and clever Room 4 get in their learning.  They are superb tower builders, animal home creators and great at sorting our animals.

Cross Country Training

Te Puna School have their whole school cross country day on Tuesday the 29th of May.

Room 4 have been training nearly every day getting ready for school cross country.  

We warm up before we run and cool down afterwards.  

We do this to look after our muscles so we don't get hurt or too sore.

Here we are warming up and training.

Come and watch us on the 29th of May about lunchtime.  We would love you to be here at school to cheer us on.
